2. Service Overview
Beffer connects partners such as door fitters, locksmiths, and builders merchants with potential clients for door sales without the need for partners to handle logistics or customer support. Our service facilitates orders and payment processing but does not directly engage in product fulfillment or delivery. Any manufacturing partnerships are for ease of use, with the final customer experience managed by our partners.
3. Account Requirements and User Obligations
- Eligibility: You must be a registered business or contractor operating legally within the UK.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide and maintain accurate details within your account.
- Compliance: You agree to follow all relevant laws and not use Beffer for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
4. Commission and Payment Structure
- Revenue Sharing: Beffer operates on a commission model. Upon successful sale completion, a portion of the total sale value is retained by Beffer as a service fee. Any other charges, such as monthly retainers, are noted at registration.
- Payouts: Payouts are made periodically. You are responsible for any tax liabilities related to your earnings.
- Fee Adjustments: Beffer may adjust fees, with users notified of changes via email or platform announcements.
5. Order Fulfillment and Customer Service
Beffer’s role is limited to facilitating transactions. Partners manage end-customer relationships, including order fulfillment, warranties, and support. Beffer assumes no liability for the quality or timeliness of product delivery.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
Beffer provides a digital platform “as is.” We are not liable for errors, delays, or third-party issues that may arise. Beffer disclaims liability for loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss resulting from platform use.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate use of the platform. Beffer reserves the right to suspend accounts for violations, fraud, or unauthorized activities.
8. Amendments
Beffer may revise these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notifications.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by UK law.
