How do I request a quote?

How long does it take to get a quote?

Is there a fee for using Beffer?
No! Beffer is completely free for customers. Our suppliers pay a small commission only when business is completed.
Payments
How do payments work?
All payments are made via secure bank transfer through Stripe Connect. The supplier is the Merchant of Record (MoR), and your contract is directly with them.
When do I pay?
Payment terms are agreed directly with your chosen supplier. Typically, deposits are taken on order confirmation with balance due on delivery or completion.
Are payments secure?
Yes! All payments are processed through Stripe with bank-grade encryption. We use secure bank transfers only - no card details required.
Suppliers
Are suppliers verified?
Yes! All suppliers undergo rigorous verification including business registration checks, insurance validation, quality certifications, and reference checks.
Can I choose my supplier?
Absolutely! We present you with multiple quotes from different suppliers, and you choose the one that best suits your needs.
What if I'm not happy with the service?

Security & Privacy
How is my data protected?
We use 256-bit SSL encryption and comply with GDPR. Your data is stored securely on UK servers and never shared without your consent. See our Privacy Policy.
Who sees my enquiry details?
Only verified suppliers relevant to your project. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
Can I delete my data?
